Christian bands have developed an interesting performance
since the middle of the 80's, launching radiable and
commercial discs, with very good artistic production.
ILLUSTRATOR, Gaube's bros. group, was one of them.
Their debut, achieved a considerable success in CCM circles
and mainstream radio.
Although the next album; 'Somewhere In The World' is much
more accomplished in my opinion, this ST contains good
tracks with good melodies, nice harmonies and a very cool feeling.
Interesting... and pretty rare.
1 - Lonely Hearts for Sale
2 - Love's Not Your Enemy
3 - Hidden Pain
4 - Let It Go
5 - Out of Time
6 - Don't Change Your Heart
7 - Gina

9 - End of the Line

Great album! Very very rare!
Hugs from a brazilian AOR fan
You are welcome Thiago.
Keep Rockin'...
Great band, I met these guys in Baltimore Md. Very sincere about their music and minstry.
Do you know if they're still active?
I met them in 1989 in Baltimore,Md. The last time I talked to Mark was 1992 the band was based out of Tacoma,Washington. I don't know that was a long time ago. I found your blog looking for the song Hold My Heart. Good luck!
The last time I talk to Mark was 1993. I do know they were based out of Tacoma, Washington.
Thanx for the feedback.
If you still need 'Hold My Heart' drop me an email.
Hold My Heart is a truly beautiful ballad from Somewhere In The World album. I love every notes of it, especially the chorus. Holding On is cool too. Are they still active? I read on the net that Nathan Gaub changes his career and does finance conferences and forex mentoring.
Can anybody recommend me another great Christian AOR/Westcoast band like this?
