"Out of the Darkness" has been written and recorded specially for the Doncaster Rovers Football Club.
The song is played to herald the entry of the teams onto the pitch at the start of each home match.
The other track, "Dream On", was written by John Parr in tribute to Rovers legend Alick Jeffrey.
Typical Parr signature on both tunes, rare single, not for sale. I love this man's music.

Re-post from years ago, because it's very rare, and very good.

Another "Request & Fill Corner" request, John Parr related.
Don't be afraid by the 'boy-band' look of this guys.
Yes, they supposed to be a chart product, but unlike that kind of monstrosity, they wrote their own songs and really play all the instruments.
And what a beautiful AOR songs!
Produced by John Parr ("Man With A Vision" tune was recorded by himself in '92), they released 2 singles on the Polydor label the same year: "Inside Love" in january and "Man With A Vision" in june, 1990.



Seven went on to tour with The Monkees, Richard Marx and Jason Donovan, and the singles sold well, but some label / management problems dissolved the project.
A shame, they were very good. There's rumours that a full album was recorded, but shelved...
If you like Parr's music and style, well done poppy AOR with class, this is for you.

DARIN SCHEFF - Demos feat. Warren Wiebe, Tim Feehan & more

The Scheff family is a musical one. Of course the most well known by us is the awesome Jason Scheff of the Chicago fame, but his brother DARIN SCHEFF is also a talented songwriter who has penned some beautiful tunes for many artists (including Chicago).

This is a collection of songs written / co-written and recorded by Darin Scheff during the '80s and '90s on a Fostex 8-track Machine, 'the personal home studio for the eighties' as it was known back in the day. These are some real Westcoast AOR gems never released or recorded by other artists.
We have the late, fantastic Warren Wiebe performing lead vocals on the terrific "Heart To Mend", and also "Safe Back In Your Arms" - song featured in the 1989 movie Under Crystal Lake, but the soundtrack never was released.

The great Tim Feehan sings the poppy "You Don't Know" and the super midtempo AOR "Why Did You Ever Let Me Go" which features as well a superb guitar work by Dawayne Bailey (Bob Seger, Chicago).
More luminaries are presented on lead vocals: John Keane, Sherwood Ball, Bill Cantos and of course bro Jason Scheff among others.
You can hear John Parr playing guitar on couple of cuts, Cantos on piano and strings, Jason on bass, keyboards and even offering a guitar solo on a track. And more...

HAROLD FALTERMEYER - The Ultimate Collection (2007)

Session musician, composer and producer Harold Faltermeyer redefined action film scoring in the '80s.
He is recognized as the man who introduced the typical synth rock&pop sound of the glorious decade into the movies, creating a new niche in the business.

Faltermeyer's career began in 1979, playing synthesizer on Donna Summers' "Bad Girls" album along with executive producer Giorgio Moroder.
Alternating his session work as musician and arranger, he started a parallel career composing incidental music for film studios.
Harold's first big smash hit was the electronic theme for Beverly Hills Cop ('Axel F') - one of the most successful soundtracks ever - followed by 1984 'Thief Of Hearts' and 1985 'Fletch' Original SoundTracks.
But Faltermeyer always will be remembered for his work on the eighties iconic movie 'Top Gun', the best selling soundtrak in history. With 'Top Gun Anthem', won his 2nd Grammy for Best Pop Instrumental Performance with guitarist Steve Stevens.

Often imitated but never surpassed in his game, Harold's heavy synthesized style combined with bombastic electronic drums (or subtle programming when needed) become a staple in the genre.
"The Ultimate Collection" comprises his most known eighties works altogether with some pretty rare, unreleased and hard to find material, such as "Didi Der Doppelganger" or "Wake Up Musical" scores, the rare Wimbledon's "The Challenge" instrumental versions, and even the never officially released movie version of "Restless Hearts" ('The Running Man' 1987) performed by John Parr.


Not for sale, this double CD was made for promotional use only.
A collector's item, a must have for any OST fan and any true '80s sound lover.

Vol.14 has been delayed more than Def Lepp's Hysteria...
Seriously, it took me about 3 months to get it ready. A difficult restoration job and track edition.
Here we go:


1 - MALICE (feat. Paul Sabu)
Vice Versa from "Vice Versa"
Paul was hired by a studio as composer for various soundtracks, including 'Vice-Versa'.
In association with the band Malice, he composed, performed and produced several songs that ended up being published as an EP, 2 of them were used in this movie.
The title track is a typical Sabu hard rock tune, a good way to begin this compilation.
This soundtrack never was officially released.

2 - JOE LYNN TURNER
On The Run from "Blue de Ville"
TV movie, Turner plays a rock star (only 10 minutes on screen) to which the girl in the story wants to meet.
We can hear a couple of songs performed by Joe, being 'On The Run' the more AOR with some great keyboards.
A really good one.

3 - STAN BUSH
Free And Easy from "Wildbach"
Main theme of the German ARD TV series 'Wildbach' about the adventures of a mountain rescue team peppered with criminal cases providing tension to the plot.
Unknown beautiful midtempo song performed by Stan Bush, exclusive for this OST only released in Germany.
A little gem, yes.

4 - ROBERT TEPPER
Restless World from "Lady Beware"
Upon request, another Lady Beware song, now from the great Tepper, with all the 'action-theme feel' that I like so much.
Track not included in the regular soundtrack edition, to my ears this is little remixed version, different from the original appeared in Robert's debut 'No Easy Way Out'.
An AOR beauty.

5 - CLIF MAGNESS
Top Of The Hill from "Hot Dog... The Movie"
Typical cheesy american comedy, set in a ski resort.
Features two exclusive songs performed by the master Clif Magness, light and unpretentious, but come on, it's Clif, and to my knowledge, both tracks were released only as promo vinyl single, impossible to find.

6 - FIONA
Love Makes You Blind (movie version) from "No Small Affair"
This track would be later re-recorded by Fiona to her debut album. But this version is markedly different and faaar superior in my opinion.
To me, the best performance of her career, heartrending, breathtaking.
My nape hair still bristles when I listen this song.
Magnificent, one of the best tracks ever included in a film.

7 - PIA ZADORA & MARK SPIRO
Little Bit Of Heaven from "Voyage Of The Rock Aliens"
Another request.
Song composed by Spiro, recorded by Pia Zadora for her '84 album 'Let's Dance Tonight'.
In this soundtrack exclusive new version, Spiro sings a duet with Pia, and the result is much, much better and absolutely '80s !

8 - CLIF MAGNESS
Top Of The Hill from "Hot Dog... The Movie"
The other song recorded by Magness for this movie, heard at the open titles.
More AOR, with bombastic drums and sticky refrain.

9 - DIANA DeWITT
You Make Me Nervous from "Malibu Bikini Shop"
Soundtrack never released that includes excellent songs, sadly none available in any format.
Never has been edited on DVD and I couldn't find an original VHS copy.
I've ripped this marvelous song by DeWitt from an avi !
It has taken me a lot of work to eliminate the SFX (dialogues and noises) along the song.
Considering the source, it sounds quite decently, a good opportunity to listen this rarity.

10 - DOUG KAHAN
The Last Stand from "All The Right Moves"
Excellent song with a mystery 'aura' in its sound and production.
I don't know what happened with Kahan's career, since he was a great singer. I like his style very much.
Only appeared in this OST.

11 - MICHAEL LANNING
Kissed By A Hurricane from "Thunder In Paradise"
A great find is this song featured in the TV series starring Hulk Hogan.
The soundtrack was released, but this song wasn't included !?!
Lanning (a stranger to me) sings with fierceness this curious track full of rare percussion. Awesome action movie track.
Ripped from video. Rare.

12 - NICK GILDER
Scream Of Angels from "The Wraith"
'The Wraith' aka 'Interceptor' is a good film (has Sherilyn Fenn in it!), and the soundtrack is still better, well-known by AOR lovers.
Incredibly, this song was left aside off the disc.
Rhythmic and contagious, this is one of the best songs recorded by Gilder.

13 - ERIC MARTIN
I Love The Way You Love Me from "Mad About You"
From the last season of this TV serie, a good ballad by Eric with his classic velvety voice, recorded pretty 'live' without overdubs. Even his breath could be listened between phrases.
Simple and effective melody.

14 - JOHN WETTON
Battle Lines (movie version) from "Chasing The Deer"
Due to his friendship with the filmmaker, Wetton accepted to compose the soundtrack for 'Chasing The Deer', released in limited quantity.
Extraordinary tune, totally AOR!
This is the original (long) movie version, there's another one 'edit'.
You will love this song.

15 - BRIAN ISLAND
Draw The Line from "The Virgin Queen Of St. Francis High"
Brian Island is a canadian musician & producer who has composed several scores for local movies.
To this unknown comedy he wrote part of the incidental music and a pair of songs.
This is the more aorish Rock & Pop, with classic sound made in Canada.
Soundtrack never published. Rarity.

16 - DAN REED NETWORK
Baby Now I from "The Cutting Edge"
Faithful to his songwriting style, Dan Reed contributed this track to the romantic comedy set in the '88 Winter Olympic Games.
Good track with sparkling production and fat rhythm section.

17 - RICHARD MARX
The Power Inside Of Me from "The Mirror Has Two Faces"
Marx's exclusive track for this movie, with light production and plenty of acoustic guitars.
Climatic and calm song, very well performed by Richard as usual.
I love the feeling of this song.

18 - JOHN PARR
St. Elmo's Fire (Acoustic) from "The Brothers Solomon"
Acoustic / gospel recording of this all time classic, appeared as B-side on 'Man In Motion 2CD limited edition', years later included in this movie soundtrack.
This tune is simply fantastic, no matter which version...

AOR TREASURES - The Extended Versions (The Camel's Hump)

In the 80's, when a disc was released, in addition to the singles, the fashion was also launch an extended version, often as "B-side".
AOR / Rock bands were not absent to this trend (which often allowed them to enter the discotheques).

Many people find these versions annoying, detracting the originals beauty.
I think that my selections are really good, the producer's job bring new life to the songs, adding in some items new arrangements / tempo, discarded guitar solos (a very good ones), or simply an alternative mix of what might have been the official album version.
You'll be surprised by strange HEART's song ending, the crazy GARY solos (don't give the man room to play!), the completely 'new' version of WAITE's classic, or the syncopated ZZ TOP mix (I love this version).
But the most successful is the FM track, in my opinion, better than the original.

All these versions contains only original material performed during the recording sessions, not third hand adds or DJ's crap.
Some tracks aren't easy to find, and mostly only have been released on vinyl.
All were decrackled and declicked to get the best quality possible.

02 - BLUE ÖYSTER CULT - Demon's Kiss [Bad Channels]
The Oysters recorded several tracks for this OST, most of them instrumental. This is the best, funny lyrics and fierce sound.
One of my favorite BOC tracks ever.

03 - THOR & THE TRITONZ - We Live To Rock [Rock 'N' Roll Nightmare]
Yes, a Jon Mikl Thor song. Why not? Square songwriting, but funny as hell.
This one brings me in mind 'We're Not Gonna Take It', the Twisted Sister classic.
Rock 'N' Roll baby!

04 - GARY WRIGHT - Am I The One [North Shore]
Unreleased soundtrack, a shame, awesome songs featured.
Ripped from DVD, very good tune.

05 - THE SLAVELORDS (REFUGEE) - Psycho-Crystal [Galaxy Rangers]
Performed by canadians Refugee (terrific band), pedal to the metal energy, great 'live' atmosphere.
Cartoon series never released soundtrack, DVD rip.

06 - PATTY SMYTH - Look What Love Has Done To Us [Junior]
Patty, what a charming voice. If you don't realize who is she; ex- SCANDAL lead vocals & songwriter.
Sweet, graceful ballad, Grammy nominated.

07 - ROBBI ROBB - In Time (Movie Version) [Bill & Ted's E. A.]
The best Bill & Ted's song, by Robbie 'Robbi' Robb.
This one has a story. In the film, all the guitar riffs & sounds are performed by Stevie Salas, great sessionist. Also recorded all the guitars in this song.
But as often happens, his label doesn't gave permission to appear in the soundtrack. The CD version was re-recorded by other.
This "movie version" is much better (if possible). Contains much more guitar solos all around, and a guitar-only intro.
Sadly, there's dialogue parts over the intro.
A die-hard fan recorded it with his guitar, note by note, emulating Stevie's sound.
Then he has ripped the rest of the song from DVD, joined 2 parts together...and we have the full movie version. Great job man!
I've downloaded this song from Bill & Ted's official site, a little bit distorted, so I did some kind of remastering, to make it sound better.
A CLASSIC.

08 - JASON SCHEFF - Young [How I Got Into College]
Not a 'great' sound quality, but this track is simply outstanding.
Big booming stuff, with a bridge and chorus to die for!
Never released...

09 - PHIL SETTLE - Dead Heat [Dead Heat]
Obscure movie, obscure song.
One of those hidden gems, only appeared in the movies, no promotion, no airplay, no sense!
Excellent eighties ('88) track. Love it.
Very rare.

10 - STEFFANIE - Rock The Planet [Urusei Yatsura]
Soundtrack from this popular japanese Anime, featuring 3 tracks by legendary female rocker Steffanie (Pink Noise), recorded exclusively for these series and never released on either of her two solo albums.
Nice rocker.

11 - TRIXTER - One Mo' Time [If Looks Could Kill]
I don't like this song much, but was requested everywhere, because it's a Trixter non album track.
Exclusive to this OST.

12 - LOZ NETTO - We Touch [And God Created Woman]
Uh, english gentleman.
Loz's sound is typically english, think AORish Steve Winwood.
Also appears in a Miami Vice episode, I remember this track fitting perfectly the scene.
Climatic song.

13 - GRACE - Ingen Kan Älska Som Vi [Ingen Kan Älska Som Vi]
Swedish band, only recorded a few singles, but this song is a hometown classic.
Unique songwiting, very good arrangements.

14 - GRACE - The Deal [Ingen Kan Älska Som Vi]
Another "Ingen Kan Älska Som Vi" (In And Out Of Love) track.
The band recorded 5 songs for this OST, this one new-waveish-AOR, great pulse.
Rare.

15 - MICHAEL BEEN - World On Fire [Light Sleeper]
Intense movie, dark song.
I really like the density of this track, strong guitars and thick production.
Pretty unknown.

16 - SANNE SALOMONSEN - Love Don't Bother Me [Ulykken]
Very rare independient danish short movie, featuring one of the most beautiful 90's Sanne performances.
Written by Stage Doll's Torstein Flakne.

17 - GENE EVARO - Oh What A Love, Oh What A Life [Mirror Mirror]
And this is the compilation uber...
Megarare OST, only vinyl, and very, very GOOD track.
Assassin AOR midtempo, one of those songs that grabs instantly in your head.
Deserves to be discovered !

Loverboy at the peak of his career. Very good song only included in the Olympic Games '84 soundtrack.
A hard to find vinyl.


02 - ANDREA ROBINSON: Bad Girl [Riding Bean]
Riding Bean is a japanese animated movie and the OST only went published in his home country. Andrea Robinson was the lead singer of THIEVES, an early 80's canadian AOR - rock band. Mike Landau on guitar (Robin Beck, Tim Feehan, Steve Perry and a thousand more ...)


03 - JOHN PARR: (Restless Heart) Running Away With You [Running Man]
I can't let out from this compilations the soundtrack-man J. Parr. Sorry, the man hasn't a bad song! And most of them remain unreleased. This one, written with H. Faltermeyer. The soundtrack never was released (only the score). This is not the demo version floating the net, here you have the full original version only appeared in "Harold Faltermeyer, the Ultimate Collection 2CD" , track 19, CD2.


04 - VIXEN: Runnin' [Hardbodies]
Before recording their first album, the girls from VIXEN contributed 3 songs to this movie, whose soundtrack was only released in very limited quantity by a canadian bootleg label. This is the best of those songs, and one of the best I've ever heard from this band. Rarity.


05 - DAVID HALLYDAY: Flashback [Lady Beware]
Another impossible to find OST. Published in limited copies only in Japan, I have seen bids on eBay over $500! . Filled with wonderful AOR songs, all exclusive to this soundtrack. Very good track!


06 - MARIETTA: Fire And Ice [Feuer Und Eis]
German film whose soundtrack was only released in Europe on vinyl. This song clearly shows why I love this genre. Superb 80's AOR! - Exclusive to this OST (and as 12'' ext. vers.).


07 - STAN BUSH: Forever [Wimbledon Hits '90]
Wimbledon's silver bowl has its own soundtrack. Every year a commemorative album is published. This great ballad appeared only in this OST (later was included in the Kuschelrock series).


08 - LOUDNESS: Odin [Odin]
Even the fans of the japanese band LOUDNESS are unaware that this band recorded several songs for this obscure oriental movie. It's surprising (and pleasant) to listen to this group including many keyboards in a song.
Rare EP only released in Japan.


09 - SUE SAAD: Radioactive Dreams [Radioactive Dreams]
Sue change her rocker style for this OST, and completely overturns to mid-80's AOR. Very good guitars and gear. Exclusive of this soundtrack.


10 - JOSEPH WILLIAMS: Firepower [Body By Jake]
Body By Jake was a TV fitness show. Later released on VHS and then a soundtrack (vinyl only,1984) to do the gym at home. Joseph contributed two songs that proves why TOTO pick-up his voice for their upcoming albums.
Great song, great performance.


11 - TOMMY NILSSON & TONE NORUM: Allt Som Jag Känner [P.S. Sista Sommaren]
This swedish movie OST was published only in its home country. Tommy Nilsson (Easy Action, solo) and Tone performs a very nice european-style ballad. Rarity.


12 - LAMARCA: Bad In Blue [Lady Beware]
Another track from Lady Beware. Not a great song, but I have already included this track because is one of the most sought after by collectors. LaMarca has recorded only one solo album, and 2 non album tracks, one included in "The Wraith" OST, and the other, here.
Exclusive to this soundtrack.


13 - HENRY LEE SUMMER: No Way Of Knowin' [Twins]
Nice rockin' tune in the H. L. Summer style. Exclusive to this soundtrack.


14 - LOUDLION: Die Tuff [Balls Of Fury]
LoudLion has a curious story. Formed by L.A. Bay Area musicians, as a DEF LEPPARD tribute band. A Hollywood producer went to a show and proposed them to include one of their originals in a film. The song ended up being the main theme from "The Hills Have Eyes II". Due to the good results, they recorded 3 songs for the recent "Balls Of Fury" comedy. Very good rocker with Eric's stamp, his angelic voice never fails. Song structure Mr. Big-alike.

Ex - MSG, GRAND PRIX, solo, etc. gorgeous ballad. Very good lyrics and increscendo tempo. Great production.

01 - Dennis Churchill - Crossing Over [Crystal Heart]WHITE SISTER's vocalist, bassist and composer (one of the most unjustly underrated AOR bands in history), performs a track full of magic, keyboards and thrill of 80's films. Exclusively for this movie.
02 - Kevin Chalfant & Satriani - Hold On To The Vision [No Retreat No Surrender]The great Chalfant, accompanied here by a then unknown Joe Satriani, a legendary song that was sought after by collectors for ages. Killer tune with all the punch and vibe of those years. Excellent.
03 - Double Dealer - Freedom [New Faces TV Show]
Canadian band that got its chance in this 'new talent TV show', winning a prize with this stunning song. A couple of years later they were able to release a full lengh album but did not have great promotion. HARDLINE fans will love this tune.
04 - Lessmann / Ziller (Bonfire) - Charlie und Luise [Charlie Und Luise]
Maybe you are wondering who these artists are. Clauss Lessmann and Hans Ziller are none other than BONFIRE's guitarist and vocalist, whom in '93 released an album as a duo (by the way, a very good one). Also, they recorded the 'Charlie and Luise' movie main theme, only released as single in their homeland. Delicious.

05 - David Glen Eisley - Sweet Victory [SpongeBob]
The unmistakable former GIUFFRIA's voice, with his trademak, power and emotion. Curious pick for a child's cartoon episode... Not included in the official soundtrack album, nor in any David solo.

06 - Ann Wilson - The Best Man In The World [Golden Child]
The great voice of HEART, song composed with her sister Nancy and talented arranger John Barry. Exclusive to this OST.

07 - Scott Grimes - Young & Wise [ER TV series]
Grimes, musician and actor, is part of the ER tv series cast since 2003. He penned a song for an episode. Great songwriting and emotive lyrics. Chilling Grime's performance, alone with his piano. Never was published in any format.

08 - George S. Clinton & Lisa Kauppi - The Cobra Strikes [American Ninja 3]
All terrain score composer, Clinton was encouraged to sing himself American Ninja's 3 central theme, and the truth is that he did a good job, but the big deal here its the song itself, with everything you look for in an 80's action movie track. Great.

09 - Ray Stevens - Cat's Eye [Cat's Eye]
Horror genre cult film, this is the main theme, pretty unknown, despite having all the ingredients to be a classic. Cliché fullfilled...so what? I love the 80's!

10 - Marietta - Thunder & Lightning [Fire, Ice & Dynamite]
Another great track from this great OST, catchy uptempo with very good guitars and nice keyboards. Exclusive to this movie.

11 - Gregg Tripp - I Don't Want To Live Without You [Kuffs]
Climatic song, had considerable radio airplay (at least at this side of the globe) when came out, and faded away. In the best THE SYNCH and REO Speedwagon tradition. Magnificent.

12 - Tony Carey - All In The Family [Der Joker]
The prolific Tony contributing several songs to the Der Joker flick, filmed and distributed only in Germany. This is one of them, classic Carey hallmark.

13 - Harold Faltermeyer (feat. Keith Forsey) - Bad Guys [Beverly Hills Cop 2]
Faltermeyer, another score monster, here with the depth and incredible voice of KEITH FORSEY (also great drummer and countless soundtrack producer), a song that did not ended in the official OST, but can be heard several times in the film. I love this song. A how-to studio recording lesson, perfect production.

14 - Peter Beckett - Jenny [Where The Boys Are '84]
Sir Beckett, singing, composing and producing this classic sound AOR piece, only released on vinyl. Exclusive to this soundtrack.

15 - Rick Springfield - Desperate Lives [Desperate Lives TV Movie]
Rick wrote and play the incidental music for this television only film. Also, the title track, with interesting lyrics that fits the screenplay perfectly. A fan club only release, very rare.

16 - Phoebe Cates - How Do I Let You Know [Private School]
It's not the eighth wonder in the songwriting world, but this track has all the lightness and freshness... Remember Phoebe? She was so lovely, we can pardon her limited skills singing...

17 - John Parr - The Minute I Saw You [3 Men And A Baby]
You know what to expect from a Parr tune. This is not the exception. A real good one. As far as I know, this song never was released. Heard twice during the movie. VHS-rip, stereo, good sound.

18 - Racer - For You [Lovelines]
Another film that has no soundtrack released. Amazing, since this is a musical movie, a band competition. This is my favorite song (although all are good), with a great chorus. Also Ripped from VHS, stereo.

19 - Alph Lyla & Yuji Toriyama - Hearts Of Fire (Ryu Theme) [Street Fighter 2]
The anime series have always been characterized by its great music. I chose this from Street Fighter II, which I think is the best of 'em. Fantastic melody and arrangements. VAI & SATRIANI fans, pay attention to this excellent playing.

I'm back. Was in the mood to make another movie rarities compilation.
Here we go:

01 - John Parr: Westward Ho [Go Trabi Go]Again the soundtrack-man providing an uptempo song for a film that had fairly success in central Europe during the Berlin Wall fall.
It concerns a trip in the famous 'Trabant', the flagship car in East Germany.
Item not appeared in any Parr disk, only in this rare OST.

02 - Valentine: Keep The Faith [Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead]
From the legendary recordings of Valentine (Hugo) first album, not included there, only here in this OST, excellent rocker.

03 - Alias: Into The Fire [Nintendo: White Knuckle Scorin']
Another 'non album track' from Alias with Freddy Curci, emotive tune with all the band's characteristic strength.
Awesome.

04 - John Parr & Marilyn Martin: Through The Night [Quicksilver]Magnificent mid-tempo ballad, perfectly performed by this pair of great voices. Very hard to find soundtrack, excellent vinyl rip.

05 - Roger Chapman: Eye To Eye [Fire, Ice & Dynamite]Pump up track exclusive to this soundtrack, typically 80's sound , a quite rare OST. Very good chorus and guitars.

06 - Joe Elliott: When Saturday Comes [When Saturday Comes]
Def Leppard singer penned and played two songs exclusively for this movie.
When Saturday Comes has Joe Elliott as artist (not the whole band).
Obviously sounds like a Leppard rocker... remember the good times?
Only featured in the film and in a Lepp single as b-side.

07 - Eric Martin & Friends: I Can't Stop The Fire [Teachers]The unmistakable Eric's voice in a rocker without concessions. Exclusive to this soundtrack.

08 - Paul Delph: North Shore Roar [North Shore]Never published in the soundtrack, ripped from DVD, hallucinogen surf-mix sound , strange percussion and Delph's angelic voice. Excellent stereo sound.

09 - Joe Walsh & Lita Ford: A Future To This Life [Robocop TV series]
From the soundtrack of the pretty unknown TV series, issued in the 90's.
However, absolutely 80's track , I love this song!
Appears in the end credits.
Of course, exclusive to this OST.

10 - Beth Anderson & Joe Esposito: Just Imagine [Thief Of Hearts]
Pure 80's heaven! With Miami Vice vibe, or the movie Manhunter, sequencers baby!


11 - Franke & The Knockouts: We The People [Rude Awakening]Rare Franke Previte tune, actually should appear in the credits as a soloist, far from the sound of the Knockouts, much more commercial and 'eightie', with a very catchy chorus.

12 - B.J. Thomas: As Long As We Got Each Other [Growing Pains]
Lovable TV series, typical American sound and the great BJ Thomas groove-voice, here accompanied by the famous Dusty Springfield. Great AOR track.

13 - Heeren Stevens: Trust [Highlander II]Unknown OST, although it contains good songs, like this, very much in Jim Steinman's (Meat Loaf) style or Bonnie Tyler.

14 - Mickey Thomas: Stand In The Fire [Youngblood]
Not necessary to describe Mickey's voice eh?. Tremendous.

15 - Lamont: Flesh To Flesh [Return Of The Living Dead Part II]
The prolific Joe Lamont has written numerous songs for films under different aliases.
Here performs a 'malicious' song, with all horror movies ingredients.
Very good track exclusive to this film.

16 - David Hallyday: Rock Revival [He's My Girl]
Rare Hallyday tune, non album track, that was released as a single only to promote the flick (and his rising career). Great rocker!

17 - Edward Van Halen: Donut City [The Wild Life]Eddie wrote soundtracks for several movies, this will be his first experience (in the following year wrote the score for his wife's TV film , then Twister, Sacred Sin, etc).
Here provides several instrumentals, this is the main theme.
